  4. The written audit is prepared from the intake and public/redacted evidence.
  5. If a larger implementation is justified, the audit includes a written recommendation and quote range.
Privacy and compliance: do not send passwords, private customer lists, medical details, legal case details, payment credentials, or customer-identifying data. Redacted summaries are enough for the first audit.
